Another interesting I thing I just tried, I passed LFS.xml through
xmllint and it works fine. Entities are resolved, go figure.
I used this command:
/usr/local/bin/xmllint --xinclude --nonet --noent --postvalid LFS.xml
LFS User : 4729
Linux User : 298329
