What FTP mirror are you using?

In all mirrors that I'm browsing I found




But yes, both are a nightmare for jhalfs due the dirty hacks needed to manage 

I will change the HLFS code to download and use the default formats.

Justin, could you to place the grsecurity patch and the uClibc-locale package 
in their original formats into the FTP mirrors?

uClibc requires the uClibc-locale package with the *.tgz extension into the 
sources dir to can detect and use it, and the grsecurity patch format is 
hardcoded in the book with:

-m444 /sources/grsecurity-2.1.8- /usr/src
gunzip /usr/src/grsecurity-2.1.8-
