[blfs-dev] Preparing for a LXQt 0.10 release

Jerome Leclanche (is the correct spell Jérôme Leclanche?) has announced
a new date for LXQt 0.10 release:

"We have moved the release dates around due to unavailability with some
of our developers (including myself). The new release target for 0.10
is *October 16th*. This gives us a full six weeks to the next release.

...

At the end of september, we'll do an rc1 release for a test run."
