Yup.  One for every message anyone sends to the lfs-discuss or lfs-config.
I'm guessing someone's mail program or ISP is automatically sending a
delivery confirmation to the sender (based on the reply-to address, which
just happens to be lfs-*@linuxfromscratch.org).
