rpm woes

Ok, now it seems to install corrrectly but I get the error:

 Unable to open NONE/lib/rm/rpmrc for reading: No such file or directory

any ideas?

This is a library problem, i.e. it can't find a library in /usr/local/lib
and 
I think it's from bzip2.   Do you have it installed, or maybe its not in
your 
path?
