alsa + devfs + kde problem

Hi,

it's me again and I'm still exploring devfs secrets.

I use the 0.9.* series of ALSA and build the packages as stated in BLFS.
I added the three lines to devfsd.conf as stated in the INSTALL file of
alsa-drivers.
I compiled artsd, kde-libs, kde-base and all the dependency libs. (do I need
kde-multimedia???)

Now when starting kde a message appears that /dev/dsp couldn't be found and
it isn't created by kerneld.

Any ideas? Thanx in advance.

Dieter
