This is your problem. vbox has a special driver for X, kernel and Mesa 
in its aditions. It isn't available by default in linux kernel, thus 
nothing provides /dev/fb0. I suggest that you install vesa xorg driver 
in order to get it to work. uvesafb and cirusfb are something different 
and are not meant for vbox. Framebuffer Drivers kernel section shouldn't 
be used at all these days. For most common hardware there's KMS driver 
available.
