I don't know what libxml2 uses to fetch files from net ... You might be
missing something. I suggest that you install docbook-xml and docbook-xsl.

I have now installed docbook-xml and docbook-xsl, and now I got rid of the
first errors regarding downloading of those. But as you can see in the dump,
those errors were in fact ignored, and LATER came another error in the
Python section. So I rebuilt Python and its dependencies, then it worked.
