[lfs-support] Populating /etc/rc.d

Thanks Spiky ! I got mixed up because of emacs, I had a shell in the chroot'ed environment, but emacs is on the host system. So when I navigated to /etc/rc.d, I mistakenly thought it was my LFS build, when in fact I was looking at the host.
