It doesn't matter. Backslash just switches between html/plaintext displaying.
IMHO any kind of this heuristic is a Bad Thing (tm) - we should abide the
standars and drive by them, this will only more mess up the code. If there
are problems, you should mail webmaster and ask to fix them, and if possible
get more ppl to do so also ;). Maybe, if there will be really a lot of
interest, one can write some patch with optional (default off) alternative
content-type checking, which can do this, but imho don't expect this in
mainstream links..
