gcc 3.3.2 specs patch

Hi Greg,

attached is the specs patch for gcc 3.3.2. I guess you might want to
look it over in case I did something stupid.

The only real difference to the gcc-3.3.1 patch is that 3.3.2 has
the rpath line removed from gcc/config/sh/linux.h. The Changelog
says its deliberate and did not move somewhere else, so I guess
this patch should be all fine.

PS: The other patches (suppress-libiberty and no-fixincludes) apply
    fine, albeit with some fuzz.
